Nighttime scene

I painted this one after being captured by a bright window that shone through the darkness. The scene began light and visible but gradually became very imperceptible as dusk moved to night. The light in the window stayed on for some time though so I kept painting. Eventually it went out though, and shortly after I stopped painting, filling in the canvas with what I could to describe the effect of the whole thing. Felt meaningful to me to see that lit window through the darkness. I also loved the tree on the left that turned out pink. Beautiful tree. Fun that it turned out pink.
